The KERAMIK 2026 / 101st DKG Annual Conference is the most important ceramics conference in Germany. We therefore invite all companies and research institutes from the ceramics industry, supplier industry and related sectors to effectively promote their companies to their target group at this high-profile event.

Marketing

Lanyards (key chains) - 1000 euros *
This offer is limited to one registration.
Your company logo will appear on the conference lanyards.
You will provide the lanyards to the DKG by 27 June 2024. The quantity should be 500 pieces.

Your logo on the name badge 1000 euros *
This offer is limited to two registrations.
Your logo will appear on the name badges of all participants and will therefore be clearly visible throughout the conference!

Display of your roll-up banner in the foyer1000 euros *
Area max. width 100 cm × max. height 220 cm
Your roll-up banner – on which you can present your company or your products – will be displayed prominently in the foyer throughout the event.

Advertisements in the virtual abstract volume

Advertisement – inside cover page – 750 euros *
Available twice, preference given to sponsors with Gold package
Your advertisement will appear on one of the two inside cover pages of the virtual conference documents and will therefore be seen particularly often.

Double-page advertisement – 500 euros *
Your advertisement will appear on a double page inside the virtual conference documents, making it particularly eye-catching.

Single-page advertisement – 250 euros *
Your advertisement will appear on an inside page of the virtual conference documents.

 

Technical specifications for your submissions:
The page format depends on the virtual display at the customer's end. We can accept your A4 advertisements and reduce their size. Please deliver the advertisement in a printable format, preferably as a PDF document with embedded or vectorised fonts. We cannot guarantee error-free display for other file formats.

All documents required for the implementation of your advertisement must be submitted to the DKG / DKG cooperation partner by 27 June 2026. Failure to submit documents by this date, or submission of incomplete documents, may result in your virtual advertisement not being implemented or being implemented incompletely.

All prices are net prices (plus the VAT rate applicable in the Federal Republic of Germany at the time). All financial contributions are subject to tax at the place of performance (here: Germany), regardless of whether the participant is domestic or foreign. The reverse charge system is therefore not applicable. You will find the organiser's VAT number on the invoice.

Your booking is binding. Some products are limited. Acceptance of limited marketing packages depends on the booking date of the package.
