The deadline for payment of the participation fee for presenters / authors ends. In case of non-payment, the contribution may be removed from the program / conference documents upon decision of the program committee.

Registration deadline - CERAMICS 2026

• Before submitting a presentation, poster, or application for the HWH competition, you must first create a user profile and then register for the conference. Only then can you upload your short abstract and other documents related to your contribution. Setting up a user account in the DKG Congress System is free of charge.
   
• Participants with submissions (presentation/poster/HWH competition) can only attend the conference with a 3-day ticket.
   
• If your submission has not been accepted by the program committee, you can cancel your participation in the event free of charge until July 20, 2026, by sending an email to the DKG office (congress@dkg.de). After that, the terms and conditions apply.
   
• Multiple registrations via one person are not possible. Each participant needs their own user account (with a personal email address) to register for the conference. If you have been registered for this event by a third party, a submission (contribution) can only be made via that person's user account.
   
• Contributions may be published in the DKG association magazine “cfi/Ber. der DKG.” These contributions will be selected by the program committee together with the editors of the magazine after the symposium. In this case, the DKG will contact you.
